Five Course Wine Tasting Menu

Thursday, May 30th at 6:30PM
$45 per person plus 20% gratuity

First Course
Cucumber rounds with dollops of creme fraiche and salmon and trout caviar
paired with a white wine

Second Course
Romaine and iceberg lettuce mixed with bell peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado, egg, and andouille sausage then topped with fried onion rings
paired with a white wine

Third Course
Parmesan crusted chicken with tomato basil artichoke Alfredo pan sauce and Spanish rice
paired with a white wine

Fourth Course
Grilled beef hanger steak with fingerling potatoes, spring vidalias, tomato chutney and horseradish crema
paired with a red wine

Fifth Course
Key lime pie with graham cracker crust and chantilly cream
paired with a sweet white wine
