Wednesday, February 27th at 6:30PM
$45 per person plus 20% gratuity

First Course
Cordon Blue- Lightly pretzel breaded chicken stuffed with Tasso ham and herb cream cheese then pan seared and topped with a dijon mustard sauce.
paired with a white wine

Second Course
Slow roasted sauerkraut in a cream broth with potatoes, mushrooms, carrots, celery, and smoked sausage.
paired with a white wine

Third Course
Marinated beer bratwurst stuffed with a creamy lobster seafood stuffing then topped with hollandaise sauce. Served with braised cabbage.
paired with a white wine

Fourth Course
Jaeger Schnitzel- breaded and fried pork with a Jaeger wild mushroom sauce. Served with pan seared sliced dill potatoes.
paired with a red wine

Fifth Course
Black forest cake with a cream filling and St. Germaine Elderflower Liquor marinated cherries
