Five Course Wine Tasting Menu

Wednesday, October 30th at 6:30PM
$45 per person plus 20% gratuity

First Course
Chipotle dusted chicharrones served with Spanish salsa roja
Paired with a white wine

Second Course
“Salad Capricciosa”- romaine hearts, marinated mushrooms, artichokes, red onion, cherry tomatoes, fresh basil and bocconcini with lemon pesto dressing and prosciutto
Paired with a white wine

Third Course
Spanish paprika trout topped with cilantro, olive, and lime vinaigrette
Served over sweet corn and orzo in a smoked jalapeño cream sauce
Paired with a red wine

Fourth Course
London Broil steak with killa’ chimichurri and mushrooms
Served with smokey chipotle and wilted spinach
Paired with a red wine

Fifth Course
Coconut cream cake with white chocolate rum sauce
